I couldn't, I was trying to think of like upcoming things to talk about this morning because I'm trying to do more of these podcasts, get up early.

It gives me an excuse to get up early, start my day early.

I get a lot more done in the morning before the kids get up.

I get a lot more done in the morning before I go to work.

Then you go to work and you do the grind and you do this and you do that.

Then you get out of work and you're like, I'll get that work done.

It's like, well, now you're exhausted from the day.

So why not get it all done before you go to work and get a nice workout in so your work lasts, so your ability to be awake lasts longer.

The workout, the stretching, all that stuff is to come.

Dietary changes occur at the same time.

The no drinking thing, it was like, I want to say it was the middle of the day yesterday.

And I was like, man, this is great.

Now I'm A believer in Matt Walsh, where he likes to also point out that ADHD is one of those like makeup catch-alls, right?

Like, oh, he's just a hyperactive kid.

It's like, yeah.

And there's so much stimuli in the world and dopamine hits.

And we still don't like know what any of this crap is, but just to lump everybody in, it's like, oh, you're a hyper kid.

But anyways, I'm using it as a fun little moniker, right?

So my, like, I harness it, I use it to my advantage.

And it's like, oh, it's kicked on, like, time to focus it, time to be cognizant of it, time to do it, time to take care of it.

And it just allows me to get more done.

It makes me more productive.

And what I find is alcohol suppresses that.

makes me sleepy and tired.

And then, and it's like, so it's easier just to be sober.

And that's, I'm embracing this new lifestyle change that starts with this.

I'm calling it my final Sober October.

I'm going to invite all of you to be sober during October every year.

Remember, Sober October includes no drinking, no smoking, no illicit drug use, you know.

Besides sober October, besides, like, you know, the continuation of football season, deer season started on the 1st,

which I'd like to get out there.

And they're allowing New York State allows crossbow to be used with compound bow.

I do enjoy the crossbow.

I also still enjoy the compound bow.

I just, until I start working out, man, I don't know how many accurate shots I'm going to be taking, so I better start working out.

With that said, the other thing that occurred to me was a post I saw online and I didn't think anything of it and it just occurred to me like the deadline for that post is coming up and I'm like, oh man.

So I just sent this person a message who made the post to see if it was legitimate and I checked the website and

I've been trying to keep this like topic, just not that I've been, I've been kind of neglecting you guys, so neglecting the channel.

But, you know, one of the things I haven't been doing on the channel, I've been talking about things that are like actually important.

And it is, I don't think a lot of people realize like how legitimate it is and how these people are actually like following the story like wholeheartedly.

the Netflix series that completely misportrayed that guy from Ohio or whatever.

So he, apparently he's being released on the 7th because he was deemed not a threat or a risk to human life or property, which he's not a risk to me.

because he's like 4 foot nothing and he can't own a firearm, which doesn't mean he won't get one.
