And these people are draining the resources away from people who genuinely need the help, which I think that we can all support.

I don't have all the answers, but the one thing that seems clear and a fail-safe way to do it is to remove it from everybody.

Because I truly don't think that you're going to have everybody.

I don't think there's probably going to even be one family that starves to death because nobody's been able to show me any example of somebody who has to be on it because their friends and neighbors and their churches and their soup kitchens and whoever that is not the government.

So with that said, I mean, the one thing would be to blanket get rid of that program within our governmental system.
