Today is the two year anniversary of the death of our friend George.

If you follow the channel, George was not in my life for that long, but he made quite an impression.

And it was one of those things, something when you spend six months of your life

nearly every single day with somebody It's It's hard to just forget somebody and especially when they're Kind of ripped immediately as fast as they came into your life.

They're ripped out is just as quickly So I was reflecting about George yes on Wednesday actually when I was interviewing a

an inspirational person for me.

Anyways, Dave Carroll, I interviewed him on Wednesday and his music inspired me in my 20s and still to this day.

And so he gave me some advice the other day.

And so to help assist with honoring my friend George for the next at least 30 days, I'm going to be spending time every day

Picking up the guitar, picking up a musical instrument.

For the most part, I'm going to stick with guitar and and hone my skills at it.

Like I can kind of play, but I really want to play.

And I'd like to start taking some of these ideas that I have and some lyrics that I've written down and and just start really just kind of crafting some some music that that'll that'll help me.

It can't help George, obviously, when somebody's not with us anymore, but what did the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band say?

And that kind of sticks with you.

So, I mean, it's going to help me feel better, and I don't think there's a better way to honor my friend George than to do something like this.
