We're here from the estate. We put a notice for 24 hours to do a health and safety inspection.

They haven't heard from anybody, so as far as the estate is concerned, like there may just be a room full of dead people in there. They don't know, right? No, the estate asked me to come and serve the notice and R and do a safety walkthrough inspection. They want to know the property. They've been reaching out to these people since Andy died and they haven't heard side of the building. And so as far as the estate was concerned, everybody could be deceased inside. Like that's what they're like. We don't know. We don't know what the condition is. we don't know what's going on. No one's. Paying rent over there. We just we want to get eyes on it. We don't know. We heard from the neighbor that the tenant of record was somebody else, but the people coming and going to the person that owned it. He's passed away.

So she invited us to go walk through the outside of the property after he declined to allow us in. OK. So the lawyer from the estate said to just start with an eviction proceeding if they're not going to let us into the home. At least we know somebody's there. And so that's kind of where we left. And then she I was gathering some information from her because the person on the right side. She's been cooperative with dealing with the estate. She's been making payments to Shane and Firkle law firm who's handling the estate. Matt Keller became the executor because Andy passed. I think he was in his early 40s late 30s. Yeah. So suddenly he didn't have a will or anything like that. So the administrator became Matt Keller the county treasurer. Yeah. And Matt called me because I have a proclivity to going into places where people don't know the situation. And so he said no he can't come inside. No it's because the tentative record is not there. You're doing an exterior part of the backyard. We were just we just did that. He took a fence to it. He took a fence to it. And then he yelled at her for being on his half of the backyard. And I said hey if you have a lease if you rent it that would be nice to know because I'm just trying to gather a lease now because nobody has any information on these people.
